All catering orders must be confirmed at least 10 days prior to the event date.
A signed contract and a 25% non-refundable deposit are required to secure your booking.
Final guest count must be confirmed 10 days before the event. This number will be used for billing purposes.
2. Payments
Full payment is required at the time of reservation
We accept payments via [ Credit card,Venmo,Zelle, Paypal etc.].
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Cancellations made:
less than 10 days before the event will be charged 100% of the total amount (no refund).
Cancellations made 10 days or more before the event date will receive a 75% refund
Changes to the date or venue are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
4. Menu & Dietary Requirements
We will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions if informed 10 days before the event.
All food is prepared in a facility that may handle allergens. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
5. Delivery & Setup
Delivery and setup times will be arranged in advance.
Additional charges may apply for extended travel, difficult access, or setup requirements.
6. Equipment & Rentals
All equipment provided (e.g., chafing dishes, trays, utensils) remains the property of Leema’e Luxury Event and Catering
The client is responsible for any lost or damaged items and may be charged for replacement.
7. Liability
Leema’e Luxury Event and Catering will not be held responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or damages resulting from consumption of food after the designated event time or improper handling by guests.
8. Leftovers
Leftover food may be packed upon request. Once removed from the serving area, we are not liable for food safety.
We recommend consumption within 1 hour and proper refrigeration.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to provide services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or government restrictions.
10. Agreement
By booking our catering services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
